SHORTENED PROMOTIONAL TERMS "Holidays for half price".

1. Participation terms and promotion rules

1. The promotion is valid from June 26, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
2. Only new bookings made during the promotion period are eligible.
3. Only bookings made directly at the property are eligible:
4. The condition for using the promotion is booking at least 3 consecutive overnight stays,
5. Under the promotion, the guest receives a 50% discount on the current price of the stay valid on the booking date.
6. The promotion is subject to availability of rooms at the chosen property and dates.
7. The promotion cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, loyalty discounts, discount codes, or stay packages.

2. Cancellation and changes in booking

1. If the stay is shortened to fewer than 3 nights, the guest loses the right to the promotional discount and the price will be recalculated according to the standard tariff.

3. Complaints

1. Complaints concerning the promotion should be reported directly to the property where the booking was made, they will be handled according to applicable laws and the procedures valid at the given property.

4. Final provisions

1. The organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early or change its conditions for important reasons, respecting the acquired rights of persons who made bookings before the date of changes.
2. The promotion is not a game of chance, promotional lottery, or contest within the meaning of applicable law.
3. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The regulations are available on the websites of the participating properties and at their receptions.
5. For matters not regulated by these terms, Polish law and the regulations in force at individual properties apply.
6. The regulations enter into force on June 26, 2026 and remain valid until the end of the promotion.
